He and his team removed the tiles and fitted a flat resin roof and replaced water damaged velux windows. Shaun keep me informed, they were polite and courteous and started and finished my job within a good timeframe. A credit to his profession, I was happy to give my business to a local firm.
When our roof first started leaking, of the 3 companies that we contacted, Shaun was the only person to actually get some ladders out and go onto the roof. He was able to temporarily fix the issue until he had space in the diary to come round. He communicated with us at every step and him and his lads always cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly of the 3 quotes he was the cheapest and after looking at the reviews for all 3 companies it was a no brainier to go with Riverside
Shaun and his team were great. He was 1 of only 2 roofers out of 10 that was willing to help. The quote he provided was far cheaper than anyone else. They turned up when they said they would, were polite, considerate and even cleaned up. When the weather meant things were delayed they came back the next day and worked so hard to get everything water tight. Then when the rain did come (after we were water tight luckily) they continued in the down pour to make sure everything was finished. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely be in touch about further work.
I recently had my flat roof repaired by Riverside Roofing and from the initial inspection to the final cleanup, Shaun and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient. Shaun took the time to explain the problem with my roof and the different options for repairing it. He was also very upfront about the cost and timeline for the project. The repairs were completed on time and within budget. Shaun and his team also took great care to protect my property from any damage. When they were finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and left my roof looking better than ever. Highly recommended!
Following my initial call, Shaun visited the very next day to provide a quote, and a week after that the work's been done - thorough and very neat and tidy. Was great to have it done nice and quick and conclusively given I was a bit concerned the squirrels might be making themselves all too cosy in their adopted digs. Looking at the outcome it's been done to a very high standard and I'm quite satisfied the area repaired will outlast the bits around it... and additionally, care was taken to ensure no squirrels had been inadvertently trapped. Very happy with the open fireplace, I wasn't certain I wanted to open it up but so glad that I have, it changes the room completely and they've done such a good job, looks fab and the damp is totally gone, I have already recommended to friends.
The Riverside team did an excellent job for us. Shaun responded to our initial enquiry through Checkatrade very promptly. He provided a competitive and thorough quote that was adhered to throughout the job - no nasty surprises. We had 2 roofs completely redone, chimneys repaired, gutters and fascias replaced. All work was done to an exceptionally high standard, Steve the main roofer, is a true craftsman. All the lads were a pleasure to have around, very hard-working, polite and helpful. They tidied up after themselves, leaving no mess. We are very happy to recommend them.
